Use Coldwinner underwear directly on the skin
The Coldwinner shirt has a long double-slider zipper, extra length at the back to protect the lower back when kneeling, and thinner lycra panels inside the elbows.
Coldwinner underwear has padding in important areas, but is not unnecessarily thick where it is not needed.
The ISSF regulations state that underwear must have a thickness of 2.5 mm. This material is only 1.1 mm thick, which is why we use double thickness (2 x 1.1 = 2.2 mm) in the necessary areas: the back of the sleeves, the shoulder area, and the front of the chest.
These two layers of material are more comfortable and reduce the effect of the sling pulses in the prone/kneeling position and of the elbow on the body when standing.
